Our philosophy stems from a background in organization psychology 

Rooted in human behavior, our research considered how employees are motivated (or de-motivated) by organization and personal factors they deem important which in the end, influence their motivation. 

Inefficiency and ineffectiveness in any organization can be a factor that de-motivates employees where employee motivation determines the quality of the product. 

Knowing this we can say that all schools produce students (the product) therefore, students are the product teachers produce.

We have found that teachers might be burnt out, they might be frustrated, they might be tired, and some teachers simply might just be demotivated thus, their product quality suffers.

When we consider school environments, we  envision teachers as those employees who influence product output which are students… 

…so, let’s help teachers with better ways to manage classrooms via small bites of basic psychology training and the things teenage humans need in the classroom 

Teach My Best starts with understanding that humans develop their individual psychology via two variables; 

1. their immediate surroundings which is                  typically family, 
2. their environment, in this case school, friends,      and society itself.

Teach My Best is the brainchild of Luis Luarca PhD and was developed to help teachers (7-12) regain the energy and passion they once had to teach our children. By way of custom training modules that are proven and tested to help teachers reenergize, reengineer, and reinvigorate their passion to teach, Teach My Best helps teachers and students learn their best.
The notion of human psychology in organization management is a curious one as the term rarely fits into organization management properly nor is it often that organization leadership is willing to go down that road. The curious question is why? Why don’t organizations make more of an effort to understand employees by first understanding what employees are; humans.
